WPT Power Corporation is proud to announce a new line of Power Pump Drives. The Power Pump Drives will better equip WPT to meet a broad range of engine driven application needs.

The Power Pump Drive is available for indirect drives which makes them suitable for off highway and mobile equipment, including but not limited to wood chippers, road working machines, rock crushers and grinders. The Power Pump Drive mounts directly to the engine SAE housing and flywheel. The Power Pump Drive uses a flexible rubber coupling to dampen torsional engine vibrations.

The Power Pump Drives are available in four different sizes with specs as follows:

PPDX: Maximum torque capacity is 4650 lb-ft [6300 Nm] and maximum operating speed is 2100 rpm. The unit weighs 1170 lb [530 kg] and is 14.3” [363 mm] long. It is designed to mount to SAE 0 housings with 18” flywheels, and SAE 1 with 14” flywheels. It can be supplied with up to 8 pump mounting faces that can range from SAE D to SAE B-B which can deliver up to 535 hp [400 kW] of pumping power at any given time.

PPDL: Maximum torque capacity is 2470 lb-ft [3350 Nm] and maximum operating speed is 2200 rpm. The unit weighs 770 lb [350 kg] and is 12.2” [310 mm] long. It is designed to mount to SAE 1 housings with 14” flywheels. It can be supplied with up to 8 pump mounting faces that can range from SAE D to SAE B-B which can deliver up to 400 hp [300 kW] of pumping power at any given time.

PPDM: Maximum torque capacity is 1475 lb-ft [2000 Nm] and maximum operating speed is 2600 rpm. The unit weighs 430 lb [195 kg] and is 10.1” [257 mm] long. It is designed to mount to SAE 1 housings with 14” flywheels, and SAE 2 or 3 with 11.5” flywheels. This unit comes equipped with 4 pump mounting faces that can range from SAE D to SAE B-B which can deliver up to 235 hp [175 kW] of pumping power at any given time.

PPDS: Maximum torque capacity is 413 lb-ft [560 Nm] and maximum operating speed is 3000 rpm. The unit weighs 110 lb [50 kg] and is 8.6” [219 mm] long. It is designed to mount to SAE 4 housings with 10” flywheels. This unit comes equipped with two SAE B mounting faces which can deliver up to 58 hp [43 kW] of pumping power at any given time.
