Overview

Coupling is device to transmit torque from driving side to driven side and also has function of compensation of axial ,radial ,angular misalignment which generated by manufacturing,installation error, temperature influence .

SIBRE coupling is applied to industry of petrochemical, coal mine, steel mill, paper making, etc.

Working Principle

All steel coupling is a flexible coupling, flexible component is package of steel films which is made of thin plate of stainless steel. Fit bolts were mounted in staggered on divided circle and also connect flange hubs and package of films. In this way, package of films is divided into two stressed position while forced, hitting position and pulling position. All steel coupling is to
transmit torque by rigidity of package of films and compensate axial, radial, angular misalignment by elastic deformation of package of films.

Sibre All Steel Coupling ASC-A

ASC-A is a basic type of all steel coupling.

Sibre All Steel Coupling ASC-AT

ASC-AT is extensive type of ASC-A all steel coupling. Compared with ASC-A, ASC-AT has one more package of films, a middle pipe and also has bigger space between hubs.

Sibre All Steel Coupling ASC-B

ASC-B is extensive type of ASC-A all steel coupling. Centre of gravity of hubs is near support bearing and good for steady running, normally applied for turbo compressor.

Sibre All Steel Coupling ASC-C

ASC-C is extensive type of ASC-A all steel coupling. With locking assembly and realise no key connection. Normally applied for connection between servo motor and ball screw.

ASC-D is extensive type of ASC-C all steel coupling. Compared with ASC-C, ASC-D has a bigger available shaft hole. Normally applied for main shaft hole on NC machine.

ASC-DT is an extensive type of ASC_D all steel coupling. Compared with ASC-D, ASC-DT has one more package of films, a middle pipe and greater value of compensation. Normally applied for main shaft hole on NC machine.

ASC-E has the advantage of locking assembly and all steel coupling. Easy mount and dismount.

Lightweight, high torsion strength of package films, available for bigger shaft hole.

Sibre All Steel Coupling ASC-G

ASC-G is an extensive type of ASC-AT. ASC-G is available for bigger shaft hole. Compared with ASC-F, ASC-G has a smaller maximum diameter. ASC-G is suitable for big machines with rotation speed of below 10000rpm.
