Dear ICP community,
We trust that everyone is staying safe. We wanted to let you all know that Industrial Clutch Parts will remain open supporting our customers, as we continue to monitor the WHO and NHS guidelines.
Staff, where practicable, will work from home. Our warehouse will remain open and all recommended cleaning precautions will be adhered to. For our small business, we are making sure that we can continue to operate, whilst also taking care to protect everyone from unnecessary risk.
Our customer service team will be available to respond to your emails and telephone enquiries as usual and will be happy to assist you at: sales@industrialclutch.com
Our shipping partners have indicated that deliveries will continue as normal, though there could be delays internationally where mandated quarantine measures are in place. We will continue to provide updates to you in a timely manner, in this ever- changing climate.

ICP welcomed our US partners’ President and Vice President who visited our offices in Whaley Bridge and North Wales over a three-day visit last week looking specifically at the developments ICP have made in the manufacturing of friction materials and braking systems. ICP are continually developing products and work alongside valued customers to expand into new strategic market sectors globally. The development of the US market along with other key targets will drive ICP forward into a truly global player.
An evening watching our local team Derby County take on Northampton Town in the FA Cup proved to be a highlight in the visit, a 6 goal thriller proved that ‘soccer’ can be as exciting as US Football (without the game taking hours to complete!!!). Derby County player George Evans presented out American visitors with a signed shirt ensuring that the Derby County fan base extends across the United States.

Industrial Clutch parts pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. A recent enquiry was received from Australia where an irrigation pump had failed, given the climatic concerns in the country it was imperative to try and get the parts over to the customer as soon as possible. ICP have vast stockholdings and as a result were able to pick the part from the warehouse and had it air freighted to Australia in order for the irrigation pump to back in operation within a week.
Great work from the ICP team, always nice to get such positive feedback from our customers

The clutch plates arrived here yesterday(Monday) morning.
Thanks to your great service we’ll have this irrigation pump back online by the end of the week.
I sincerely appreciate your concern Sara and I’m happy to report that many areas have received some much needed rain in the last few days.
Although not as widespread as we’d like, it has certainly helped.
Compared to the hot dry winds of the last few months, the current humidity is a good sign for more rain to come.
I wish you all the best for the year ahead and can assure you that I’ll be recommending your services to my colleagues.
