Flexible Moulded Roll Material FTL123
FTL123 has a marginally lower friction coefficient when compared with FTL 132. The Flexible Moulded Roll Material has been developed to retain an excellent form of friction stability and wear resistant properties.
FTL123 is a non-asbestos friction material. A flexible, semi-cured, moulded design, manufactured from a variety of mineral fibres and other non-metallic substances in random dispersion. This material is also ground on both surfaces during manufacture and is therefore suitable for bonding on either side.
Moulded Roll Materials offer excellent friction strength and wear resistant properties, ideal for industrial applications such as automotive rear brake shoes, industrial drum and band-brakes, crane and excavator brake and clutch linings.
