ICP Raw Materials Responsible Sourcing Policy

Industrial Clutch Parts Ltd is committed to responsible and transparent business conduct and to providing
safe products of consistent quality that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations, whilst dealing
ethically and respecting human rights wherever we do business. Industrial Clutch Parts Ltd endeavours to
provide value for all stakeholders including customers, employees, shareholders, partners and
society in order to contribute to sustainable development.


ICP’s sustainability strategy comprises not only environmental protection, human
and worker’s rights, transparent business relations and fair competition but also due diligence for
supply chains of minerals from conflict-affected regions. These are requirements for all of of our
business partners and their sub-contractors within the supply chain.


Supplier Requirements


Our suppliers must ensure sustainable and ethical business practices through policies, targets,
management systems and processes that reflect the impacts and opportunities of the organisation
while always striving for continuous improvement. All applicable laws, rules and regulations as well
as the standards relevant for their business must be complied with by our suppliers and any non
conformities identified and addressed appropriately. ICP ensures that all of our
suppliers comply with our sustainability standards.

The Responsible Sourcing Policy addresses the following:


Fair Working Conditions
Discrimination based on race, caste, origin, age, religion, disability, gender, marital status, sexual
orientation, union membership or political affiliation is prohibited.
Employees shall be free to form and join or not to join, trade unions and to bargain collectively.
Zero tolerance on forced labour and child labour.
As a minimum, statutory wages must be paid and applicable working time legislation must be
followed.


Health and Safety
A safe and hygienic working environment must be provided, bearing in mind the prevailing
knowledge of the industry and of any specific hazards.
Risk assessments must be carried out at all production facilities and all hazards and risks must be
thoroughly analysed. Adequate corrective actions must be carried out.
