Airflex Hydre-MAC is a low-speed, high torque, direct drive radial piston motor. A powerful high speed, low torque hydraulic motor built to go the distance. It features a cam lobe design to deliver class-leading, low-speed performances.

A low inertia design provides instant stopping and reversing for highly dynamic applications. The extremely smooth, low-speed operations enhance efficiency and lower operating costs. Superior mechanical efficiency further reduces energy consumption across 2000:1-speed ratio while delivering full torque to the machine shaft.
Hydre-MAC piston motors create over 90% of stall torque efficiency to allow the operators to avoid over-sizing the motor and lowers overall maximum pressure requirements of the system. Cam lobes and pistons have been machined to allow internal forces on the main bearings to be balanced, freeing up the main bearings for external loads induced by mounting attitude and machine design. Large bearings provide reliable and long-life performance.
