Nexen flange mounted pinions consist of bearing-supported rollers that engage a unique tooth profile. The rollers are bearing supported for very low friction and long lives.
The ISO9409 flanging makes reducer selection and pinion installation easier, provides a more rigid system, and allows the use of Nexen preloaders.
